Summer Training:

from April until Oktober

Advanced (male/female):
Tuesday from 18:00
Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00 when there are no league matches

Beginners (male/female):
Thursdays from 18:00
Sundays from 14:00 to 16:30

Kids (male/female, age about 6 to 14 years):
Sundays from 14:00 to 16:30

Please notice

• There will be no training when it is too wet outside.
• Sometimes we have a "barbie" or braai (Grill) afterwards.

Newbies can have up to 4 trial training sessions before you decide to join.

Saturdays from 10:00 until 12:00 (youth, beginners + Women)
